The Arts Reference Desk, located on the 4th floor of Hunt Library, is the central point for research help in the arts. For extended assistance, make an appointment with the research specialist in your field of interest.

Transformation 2008
The 4th floor is now is organized by Library of Congress classification. View a map of our new layout and browse books with LC call numbers. If you have trouble locating a book, please ask for assistance. Here are some helpful tips:

• Use Cameo to find a book's call number and location.
• Most books are shelved in these locations: FA-REF-4, STACKS-4, OVRSZQ-4, FOLIOS-4
• Most books have call numbers starting with letters (M, ML, N, NA, etc.)
• Some books have call numbers starting with numbers (700, 745, 782, etc.)
• Books with Dewey call numbers (700, 745, etc.) are shelved in separate sections and have blue tags.
